Compass Charter Schools has adopted a General Complaint Policy to address concerns about Compass generally and concerns regarding specific Compass employees.

When to use this complaint process
The General Complaint Policy is appropriate for concerns about Compass Charter Schools generally and concerns regarding specific Compass employees.
For complaints regarding harassment, discrimination, unlawful tuition or pupil fees, or other specific perceived violations of state or federal law, please refer to Compass’s Title IX, Harassment, Intimidation, Discrimination and Bullying Policy or Uniform Complaint Procedures.
For all other complaints, the General Complaint Policy, General Complaint Form and accompanying procedures are appropriate.
Complete the General Complaint Form.
The form asks for the date and location of the incident, the individuals involved, witnesses, and a factual description of the circumstances, events or conduct that are the basis of the complaint.
Provide the available details.
Additional pages may be attached when more space is needed. The form must be signed and dated before submission.
