What to Gather
Enrollment and registration checklist
These items help Compass verify eligibility, complete registration, and prepare your scholar’s school records. Requirements may vary based on grade level, prior school history, and individual circumstances.
Proof of residence
Families must provide proof of residence so Compass can confirm the correct charter school based on the family’s county of residence.
Proof of immunization
Immunization records may be required as part of the enrollment and registration process, consistent with applicable school requirements.
Health and oral assessment records
Families may be asked to provide a child’s report of health examination and oral health assessment, depending on grade level and applicable requirements.
Prior academic records
Prior school records help Compass understand placement, credits, academic history, and any information needed to support the scholar’s transition.
