I prefer more built-in instructional support I can guide and encourage, but I want the program structure and teacher support to carry most of the academic instruction. I can provide instruction with a clear plan in hand I am comfortable helping with instruction when expectations and materials are clearly organized. I’m confident in providing instruction daily. Both Compass programs include required live interaction and synchronous instruction. Online Learning Labs are a regular part of the Online Program structure.

We like regular scheduled support built into the week Scheduled Learning Labs and teacher interaction help us stay on track. We can participate, but prefer some flexibility in timing We understand live interaction is required and want help fitting those expectations into our routine.
