Discouraging enrollment

A charter school may not discourage a scholar from enrolling or seeking to enroll because of the scholar’s characteristics.

Requesting records before enrollment

A charter school may not request a scholar’s records or require the records to be submitted before enrollment.

Encouraging disenrollment

A charter school may not encourage an enrolled scholar to disenroll or transfer to another school.
