A copy of one of the following documents will need to be submitted for every scholar to verify age eligibility during the enrollment and registration process:
- US or Foreign Birth Certificate
- Passport
- Baptismal Records
- Adoption Records
- Affidavits from a parent/legal guardian or pediatrician
- Other Forms of US or Foreign Government-Issued ID

If you need a copy of your child’s birth certificate, you can order it online through the California Department of Public Health website.

As a reminder, age eligibility per California Education Code is as follows:
Kindergarten: Any scholar enrolling in kindergarten must be five (5) years old on or before September 1st in the school year for which you are enrolling.
High school: Age cannot exceed 19 years; the scholar must also be continuously enrolled in order to be eligible to attend.
