My personal experience at Compass Charter Schools (CCS) has been amazing! I am able to work without any classroom distractions at a pace that is best for me. CCS has given me the opportunity to focus on my school work and put my best efforts into each subject. I am able to focus and earn the best grades possible, which means a lot to me. In order to do my best, I need time to understand each subject, and CCS’s online learning program has given me an extraordinary opportunity to do so.
I am very grateful for CCS because it provides a type of educational experience that allows me to be the best scholar I can be, and also provides a top-notch, quality online learning program. I would like to honor the teachers that I have had at CCS as I am very appreciative of their efforts and for the particular care that each one has given to me along the way during my journey at CCS.
Thank you, Mrs. Jennings, for being so encouraging; your words of encouragement have helped me get through some difficult times within my coursework and have inspired me to keep pressing on when the workload gets really challenging. Thank you, Mrs. Smith, for being such a great mentor and source of support. You will surely be missed as a teacher, but congratulations for your new position! Thank you, Ms. Woodley, for your invaluable advice and help with Algebra II and Pre- Calculus/Trigonometry. Your tutelage has contributed significantly to my success within these courses. Thank you, Mr. Ramirez, for your kindness, understanding, and for sharing your knowledge with us. At a certain point, I felt like giving up in chemistry because the material seemed too complex, but the knowledge you shared during your Learning Labs and outside of class helped a lot. You have helped me to understand the material, and I’m pretty excited about this because I really want to expand my knowledge within the sciences. Thank you, Mr. Gibb, for your extremely helpful Learning Labs and for introducing us to Crash Course, The Presidents, and other valuable sources of information. Your help and provisions in these areas has helped me to better understand certain concepts within history and to appreciate the value of learning history. Thank you, Mr. Bee, for all of your help, advice, and encouragement. You made learning enjoyable, and I looked forward to your class each week. Thank you, Mrs. Harnish, for your invaluable Learning Labs. They were so helpful, and I am very thankful to you for taking the time to help me understand particular concepts that I struggled with in biology. Thank you, Mr. Berger, for your encouragement and support as your comments keep me inspired and motivated to keep pressing on and to continue to work hard and efficiently. Thank you, Mrs. Love, for your inspiring classes. Your class has given me a new outlook, which I am grateful for.
Last but not least, thank you, Compass Charter Schools, for making my experience with you a very positive and memorable one! I would encourage others who are like me, who need time to understand each subject, to work at a pace that is best for them, to consider joining me and the other scholars at CCS.
